- Secure remote desktop support.
- Consultancy and advisory services.
- Liaising with 3rd party hardware maintenance providers on the Customer’s behalf.

- Strategic IT management service.
2. Ad-Hoc IT Services
This service is aimed at business of typically 5-50 employees who require the peace of mind that they have partnered with a professional IT organisation who are available on demand.
Some or all of the Managed Services are available to use as required.
*Proactive Managed and Monitored Support Service
Dynamic Edge provides a proactive client network management solution. We constantly monitor our customer networks and are made aware immediately via dashboard alert, email or SMS if there is a problem. This means immediate action can be taken rather than waiting for hardware/software to fail and adopting the traditional reactive support model.
This service involves installing (remotely) a small client agent on each server and PC/Mac. This will report back to our central database on pre-defined intervals and alert according to pre-set thresholds.
We will also grant you access to the system (if requested) and issue regular system reports.
