Workspace Migration Project Management
We're happy to help your organisation complete a successful migration and offer our expertise to make sure it all goes smoothly. Firstly we'll need to review your existing Google G Suite Admin Console with the administrator username and password and meet with you to understand what needs to be migrated. We'll review your Gmail mailboxes and advise if we feel there needs to be some prior administration before we migrate email.
Once the migration batch is underway we'll monitor a migration dashboard to make sure everything is moving as expected and once copied we'll be able to work with you to determine a suitable switchover date to move email from your Gmail account to Office 365.
We'll need access to your Domain Registrar / DNS provider or DNS host provider (Example Domain Registrar: GoDaddy, 123Reg etc.) to adjust DNS settings such as MX records and we'll also need to know the Office 365 plans you wish to purchase for your staff such as Exchange Online Plan 1 or Business Premium but we can help you with this process before we migrate mailboxes. It will also be likely that as part of the process we'll need to assign temporary passwords to users and so some level of disruption is to be expected but this will all be made clear in the project plan.
